About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role involves operating material handling equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory movement while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience operating forklifts or similar material handling equipment required.
• Knowledge of forklift safety procedures and best practices.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport products within the warehouse.
• Follow all forklift safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• Assist with warehouse operations including inventory management, order picking, packing, and staging goods for shipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to promote efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
