About The Position

This role is responsible for supporting shipping operations, including scheduling, order fulfillment, and warehouse management. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, be proficient in operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and possess strong attention to detail. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for occasional overtime is also necessary.

Requirements

Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred.
Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks required for order fulfillment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional overtime as needed.
Shipping system knowledge and ability to schedule shipments with accuracy.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate shipments.
Accurately select and pack items based on customer sales orders.
Load and unload delivery vehicles with products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to supervisors.
Package all items for shipping, ensuring they are properly protected and labeled.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse workspace.
