About The Position

As a Re-Warehouser, Putaway, Replenisher, you’ll be part of our team located in Northlake, TX. You’ll get to move freight, stock, or materials between storage, production areas, loading docks, and delivery vehicles using manual methods or equipment. You will read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material or equipment needs. You will perform general physical activities requiring considerable use of arms, legs, and whole-body movement, including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and stooping. You will cross-train and perform additional duties in various distribution center functions such as receiving, repack, order filling, loading, housekeeping, palletization, pallet picks, put-aways, shuttles, and customer special handling. You will handle shipping of small package orders via carriers such as UPS and FedEx. You will carry out other duties as assigned to support overall distribution center operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
Ability to use math skills
Ability to maintain legible handwriting
Broad knowledge of distribution center methods, procedures, layout, and product handling by catalog number.
Ability to operate powered equipment efficiently and safely, including stand-up forklifts and RDT/Finger Scanner systems for entire shifts.
Demonstrated capability to work independently or as part of a team
Demonstrated capability to understand daily goals, and achieve productivity and quality standards.
Physical ability to repeatedly lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Ability to perform general physical activities
Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area.
Above average attendance
Flexibility for overtime
Strong response to changing assignments and company needs.
