This role is responsible for operating forklifts in a bakery plant receiving environment, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency. The operator will handle tasks such as waste removal, battery changes, operating shrink wrappers, inventory management, loading/unloading trucks, and transporting supplies. Accurate record-keeping of temperatures, SKUs, and case counts is essential. The position requires adherence to food safety standards (SQF, GMPs) and the ability to work overtime as needed to meet production and shipping schedules. The operator reports to the Team Lead.
