About The Position

Columbia Forest Products in Kitchener has an opening for a full-time Production Team Member - Forklift Operator. The successful candidate must be able to work in various jobs, including rotating to different job duties. These duties could include working at different machine centers (putty line, spreader, hot press, sander), handling material, quality checks, clean up, and other similar manufacturing activities. Being able to operate a forklift efficiently and safely in a production setting is an asset. Employees must be able to use personal safety equipment while working in a manufacturing environment that includes moving machinery, fast-paced forklift traffic, and machine noise.
