Requirements

  • Licensed Forklift Operator
  • Ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate spirit of team work and collaboration with the flexibility to adapt to various tasks.
  • Complete tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, according to established safety and operational guidelines.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. This includes understanding and following safety regulations, such as OSHA guidelines.
  • Load, unload, and transport finished goods and materials within facility. This may involve lifting, stacking, and positioning materials in storage racks or on pallets.
  • Perform routine inspections on forklifts and other equipment. Report any malfunctions, defects, or maintenance needs to maintenance personnel or supervisors.
  • Handle materials and products with care to prevent damage.
  • Ensure that goods are properly handled, stacked, and stored to maintain their quality.
  • Work as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues, supervisors, and other staff to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct weekly line sanitation as scheduled.
  • Supply production lines line with all raw materials for production as required.
  • Transfer all finished product from the line and put into proper storage area.
  • Assist online as needed throughout the shift.
