About The Position

This role involves a variety of tasks on the production line, including operating a forklift, assembling boxes, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean work area. The position requires flexibility to rotate across different tasks and areas, with a willingness to cross-train. Responsibilities include preparing and building boxes, ensuring quality standards, transporting materials, cleaning equipment, assisting with product movement, managing inventory, and feeding products into machines while inspecting for quality compliance.

Requirements

Forklift operation
Ability to assemble boxes and apply labels accurately
Ability to prepare and build boxes, ensuring liners meet quality standards
Ability to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
Ability to transport boxes and containers
Ability to clean product carousels, feeders, and lines
Ability to assist with moving product containers and pulling product
Experience with WMS systems and scanners for inventory management
Ability to feed or dump products into machines
Ability to inspect tobacco during feeding
Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Responsibilities

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Transport boxes and containers to designated locations within the facility.
Clean product carousels, feeders, and lines to maintain smooth operation.
Assist with moving product containers and pulling product as needed.
Issue tracking tickets for containers and managing inventory using WMS systems and scanners.
Feed or dump products into machines to maintain production flow.
Inspect tobacco during feeding to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
