About The Position

This role involves operating material moving equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and drum lifts, within various buildings. The position requires pulling materials for production lines in compliance with cGMPs, loading and unloading company box trucks, and inspecting delivered materials according to SOPs. Responsibilities also include transporting materials, samples, documents, mail, and packages between buildings, logging and delivering non-inventory express packages, and putting away identified materials in compliance with cGMPs. The role demands safe operation and maintenance of forklifts and material handling equipment, completion of forklift logbooks, and attendance at forklift operation and safety classes. Additionally, the position involves preparing finished goods for shipment, assisting with cycle counts, maintaining compliance with SOPs and cGMPs, following supervisor instructions, using applicable PPE, and organizing/cleaning the work area and equipment. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Read and comprehend warehouse procedures.
Safely operate Company box trucks.
Use applicable PPE.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and drum lifts.
Knowledge of cGMPs and SOPs.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Operate company material moving equipment, including forklift, pallet jack and drum lift, in various buildings.
Pull materials for production lines in compliance with cGMP’s.
Unload, load, prepare, inspect, and safely operate Company box trucks.
Check materials delivered according to SOP.
Transport materials, samples, documents, mail, and packages between various buildings using company vehicles.
Log and deliver non-inventory express packages.
Put away materials that are properly identified in compliance with cGMP’s.
Maintain and operate forklift and material handling equipment safely.
Fill out forklift logbooks.
Attend classes for operation and safety of the forklifts.
Prep finished goods for shipment.
Assist with Cycle Counts.
Maintain compliance with SOP’s and cGMP’s.
Follow instructions given by the Supervisor and Materials Coordinator.
Use applicable PPE.
Organize and clean work area and equipment as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
