About The Position

This role involves operating company material moving equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and drum lifts, within various buildings. The position requires pulling materials for production lines in compliance with cGMPs, and safely operating company box trucks for unloading, loading, preparation, and inspection. Responsibilities also include checking delivered materials against SOPs, transporting various items between buildings, logging and delivering express packages, and putting away identified materials according to cGMPs. The role demands safe maintenance and operation of forklifts and material handling equipment, completion of forklift logbooks, and attendance at forklift operation and safety classes. Additionally, the position involves preparing finished goods for shipment, assisting with cycle counts, maintaining compliance with SOPs and cGMPs, following supervisor instructions, using applicable PPE, and organizing/cleaning the work area and equipment.

Requirements

Ability to read and comprehend warehouse procedures.
Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and drum lifts.
Ability to safely operate company box trucks.
Ability to check materials delivered according to SOP.
Ability to transport materials, samples, documents, mail, and packages between buildings.
Ability to log and deliver non-inventory express packages.

Willingness to attend classes for operation and safety of forklifts.

Responsibilities

Read and comprehend warehouse procedures.

Unload, load, prepare, inspect, and safely operate Company box trucks.
Check materials delivered according to SOP.
Transport materials, samples, documents, mail, and packages between various buildings using company vehicles.
Log and deliver non-inventory express packages.
Put away materials that are properly identified in compliance with cGMP’s.
Maintain and operate forklift and material handling equipment safely.
Fill out forklift logbooks.
Attend classes for operation and safety of the forklifts.
Prep finished goods for shipment.
Assist with Cycle Counts.
Maintain compliance with SOP’s and cGMP’s.
Follow instructions given by the Supervisor and Materials Coordinator.
Use applicable PPE.
Organize and clean work area and equipment as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
