About The Position

As a Forklift Operator/Material Handler, you safely and efficiently move and store raw materials and finished goods between the warehouse and production areas. Associates are expected to maintain high quality standards and contribute to a positive team culture. The position offers set 12-hour shifts and a rotating two-week schedule of three days one week and four days the next, totaling 15 working days per month for a full-time associate. The company emphasizes promotion from within, training, on-the-job learning, premium pay, and an benefits program. Pay starts at $17.75 per hour and varies based on experience; night shift includes a $1.50 per hour differential.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least one year of forklift experience, which may be obtained through work experience, education, and/or training.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds individually and up to 70 pounds with a team lift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to transport raw materials and finished goods between the warehouse and production areas.
• Use an RF scanning device to scan goods and maintain inventory records.
• Load finished goods for shipment to customers.
• Develop knowledge and skills through training and on-the-job experiences.
