About The Position

We are hiring now for a Load and Unload position in Aurora, CO. This role requires individuals to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, manage inventory using RF scanners, and ensure the safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse. Requirements

Must have your own personal transportation
Able to operate a forklift
Able to do heavy lifting and maneuvering of items
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
Proficient in mathematics
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations
Possess a high regard for safety in the workplace
Current forklift license and certification
Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
Able to work night, weekends, and holidays
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently
Possess your own personal vehicle

Nice To Haves

Load and Unload experience preferred
Knowledge of various material-handling equipment an asset

Responsibilities

Operate forklift or other hand truck
Use wireless RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory
Move materials from warehouse to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations
Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company
Perform cycle counts as required
Pick, wrap and stage orders to be shipped
Inspect and perform maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment
Follow and update inventory activity, lists, records, and log all completed tasks
Identify safety hazards in the workplace
Consolidate partial pallets for incoming goods
