About The Position

We are seeking a Forklift Operator III to join our warehouse team in Turlock, CA. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials while maintaining accurate inventory and operating equipment safely. You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and/or Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse and forklift operating experience, including loading and unloading trucks.
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order picking.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to use warehouse inventory systems and scanners.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including a forklift and Yard Goat.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and occasionally roll drums weighing up to 315 lbs using proper safety procedures and required PPE.
  • Ability to work in warehouse conditions, including temperatures ranging from 35°F to over 100°F, loud noise, dust, and forklift traffic.
  • High School Graduate or GED, required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and store materials.
  • Receive, inspect, and inventory incoming materials and finished goods.
  • Pick, stage, and prepare products for customer and inter-plant shipments.
  • Complete inventory transactions in JDE and assist with cycle counts using SDF/.Net and ensure accurate inventory and warehouse organization.
  • Follow 5S standards and keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
  • Ensure finished products are properly labeled, palletized, and stored according to company standards.
  • Read and interpret product names, codes, labels, and shipping documentation.
  • Communicate equipment issues or operational concerns to supervisors while following all company safety policies, procedures, and food safety requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
