We are seeking a Heavy-Duty Forklift Operator to join our team in Findlay, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be experience in operating high-capacity forklifts (20,000 lbs.) to safely move and handle heavy coils within our warehouse and production environment. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, precision, and efficiency. The work environment may include non-climate-controlled areas, and the position may involve a combination of on- and off- equipment tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy-duty forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Proven ability to handle loads of 20-ton or more safely and efficiently.
• Valid forklift certification and driver’s license required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude to perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot forklift issues.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 75 lbs. as necessary.
• Comfortable working environments with varying temperatures and conditions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a 20-ton forklift to transport and stack heavy coils.
• Conduct daily inspections of forklifts and related equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Follow written and verbal instructions to execute loading, unloading, and stacking tasks accurately.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as required, including inventory checks and workspace organization.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all operations.
