About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Forklift Material Handler to join our Building and Finishing Haines City Team. This role coordinates warehouse activities including shipping and receiving while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards. Work is performed under the general direction of the Warehouse Supervisor.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED certificate.
4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment with clerical responsibilities.
Minimum of one year of experience in forklift operation.

Responsibilities

Operate forklift to load and unload trucks, transport materials between departments and buildings, and consolidate inventory in appropriate storage locations.
Perform shipping and receiving activities to achieve On-Time-Shipping goals, including pulling finished product from inventory, assembling orders, and preparing shipments in accordance with company policy and customer requests.
Verify inbound and outbound materials against bills of lading and shipping documents; identify and report discrepancies, shortages, and damaged goods to the supervisor.
Count and examine raw materials, supplies, and finished products to maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts as required.
Maintain work location in excellent condition to comply with company safety and housekeeping policies; participate in Sika Safe program and adhere to all safety standards.
Assist the Warehouse Supervisor and shipping team with warehouse management, scanning, inventory verifications, and other duties as directed.
