About The Position

Cascade Coffee is a leading coffee manufacturer in the Pacific Northwest with nearly 50 years of experience in roasting, flavoring, and packaging coffee. Their facility supports over 50 million pounds of coffee production annually. This role is for a Forklift Material Handler on the 1st shift, with a pay rate of $21.50 - $22.50 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and the position reports to the Logistics Manager.

• Lift up to 50-75lbs occasionally

• Able to Accurately Perform Repetitive Tasks
• Regular attendance and promptness are required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a forklift and reach lift to safely and efficiently transport materials throughout the warehouse and to production lines.
• Accurately record material movements using handheld inventory systems to maintain real-time inventory visibility.
• Reconcile materials from completed jobs and return unused materials to designated storage locations.
• Operate reach lifts and sit-down/stand-up forklifts to place pallets in assigned racking locations.
• Stage and organize materials for upcoming production jobs to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain First-In/First-Out (FIFO) inventory practices to meet product quality and expiration requirements.
• Perform daily housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Support team operations by completing additional tasks as assigned.
