About The Position

FSI is seeking motivated, hands-on individuals to work at its Lebanon location in a fulfillment-based operation. The role involves moving materials and products around the warehouse, loading and unloading trucks and containers, picking orders, driving reach trucks, and performing basic math for inventory and order verification. Employees are expected to work efficiently, follow safety requirements, and maintain an organized work area. Occasional unloading of bed-loaded containers is required. Other related duties may be assigned by the employee’s supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating forklifts; reach-truck experience is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of forklift operations.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, pick lists, and shipping and receiving documents.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
• Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous reach-truck operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, including Hi-Lo forklifts and pallet jacks, to move warehouse materials and products.
• Safely load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts.
• Pick orders and ensure accurate inventory counts.
• Assist with shipping and receiving, including preparing shipments and verifying incoming deliveries.
• Conduct routine forklift maintenance checks and report issues to the supervisor.
• Follow safety protocols and OSHA regulations while operating forklifts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Occasionally unload bed-loaded containers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
