About The Position

ThriftBooks is seeking a Forklift Operator for 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. This role involves working in a fast-paced, high-energy warehouse environment where you will stay active throughout your entire shift. The company values team member feedback, strives for high standards, and rewards its best employees. All candidates must be willing to authorize a background check and pre-employment drug screening. ThriftBooks is unable to provide employment visa sponsorship and applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

• At least one year of forklift experience, on both stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Highly reliable and responsible with excellent attendance.
• Consistently meet goals and metrics.
• Positive and respectful attitude.
• Willingness to be coached and given feedback.
• Physically able to work 8 hours a day, standing, walking, bending, and lifting to 30 pounds, while keeping your body in constant motion.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to authorize a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
