About The Position

Operate safely and efficiently to facilitate the movement of products and raw materials between locations. Properly load and unload trailers and pull products for shipment to customers. The role involves basic forklift operation and familiarity with customer products, including where and how they should be stored.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Forklift Operator Certification.
• Consistent, dependable attendance and willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Ability to manage job-related stress effectively and foster productive workplace interactions.

Responsibilities

• Comply with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Follow established procedures, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety procedures.
• Operate a forklift and complete the Forklift PM Checklist at the beginning of each shift.
• Become familiar with customer products and their storage locations and requirements.
• Load and unload trailers and pull products for customer shipments.
• Facilitate the safe and efficient movement of products and raw materials.
