About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a full time Forklift Operator position. This role is located at 6819 77th Avenue Kenosha, WI 53142. The position requires active participation in maintaining a Food Safe environment for our ST Specialty Plant and our customers. Employees are expected to follow Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Guidelines, and take pride in maintaining a "Ready to Tour and Safety Aware Environment." Participation in improvement projects to support Continuous Improvement is also expected. The role requires dependability and a good attendance record. The Forklift Driver will drive a fork truck safely and efficiently, filling out required safety inspection reports. The ability to read and write in English is necessary. The employee must keep their work area clean and presentable and be able to fulfill duties in any of the warehouse areas, including picking product for orders, loading and unloading trucks, receiving product, inventory control, hand piling product, and cleaning. Employees may be assigned to work in other departments as needed and perform any other duties as directed by the Kenosha management team. All transactions must be performed accurately and efficiently in SAP. The employee is responsible for reporting any food safety or quality issues to their Supervisor, along with specific duties involving food safety and quality. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • No experience is necessary. Willing to train!
  • Must be dependable and have good attendance record.
  • Must be able to read and write in English.
