About The Position

This role is responsible for various shipping and receiving tasks, including sorting, unpacking, receiving, checking, and storing materials accurately. The position involves working with an ERP system and a handheld scanning device, replenishing locations, and pulling product. The Forklift Driver will also ensure the quality of stock, follow detailed instructions, assist with inventory counts, and adhere to all plant safety rules and procedures. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Experience in working with RF scanners.
Minimum of one year experience of operating a forklift and have the ability still do so.
Must be able to lift to up to 50 lbs.
Basic measuring and math skills required.

Responsibilities

Sorts, unpacks, receives, checks, and stores materials accurately, daily.
Identify and report discrepancies immediately.
Will work with the ERP system.
Participate in and coordinate of movement of materials throughout the facility.
Inspect and maintain viability of stock storage areas.
Ensure that stocking, staging, and storage areas are safe and clean.
Works with handheld scanning device.
Replenishes locations multiple times daily to ensure product available for daily production.
Pulls product accurately with close diligence.
Ensure that all quality related problems are correct and reported to the supervisor.
Follows detailed instructions, processes, and procedures.
Assist with audits/ inventory / cycle counts.
Know, understand, and follow plant safety rules, policies, and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
