About The Position

Reach Logistics, a Pattern company, is a global eCommerce logistics and strategy company that partners with major brands to distribute products through platforms including Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. The company operates seven warehouses in five countries, ships 60 million units annually, and has more than 1,700 employees across 18 global locations.

The Forklift Driver operates forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials; conducts equipment safety inspections; performs inventory tasks; and helps ensure products are secured and handled safely. The role requires following company safety procedures and applicable regulations. The stated pay range is $19.50–$21.50 per hour.

The company may use AI tools to assist with parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, and assessing responses. These tools support the recruitment team but do not replace human judgment; humans make final hiring decisions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator certification and a clean safety record.
• At least 1 year of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, spatial awareness, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials to and from designated storage areas.
• Conduct daily forklift safety inspections and promptly report mechanical issues or damage to a supervisor.
• Perform inventory tasks, including cycle counts, product scanning, and accurate stock placement and rotation.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring products are properly secured to prevent transit damage.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations, to maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
