Requirements

High school diploma or GED
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn — no forklift experience required! We’ll train you.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and move up to 100lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions five days a week and occasional Saturdays
Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset
Commitment to wearing required safety gear and following safety protocols
Subject to pre-employment testing for cannabis and its metabolites due to the designation of this position as safety-sensitive

Responsibilities

Operate propane/gas forklifts to move building materials safely and efficiently
Load and unload trailers and rail cars
Perform manual labor (55–65% of your day) in an outdoor environment
Accurately count, record, and document shipping/receiving activities
Develop in depth knowledge of building material products and warehouse operations
Uphold safety standards and speak up when something doesn’t look right
Use basic math skills and computer systems to support daily operations
