Requirements

- Experience in field-based, relationship-driven sales with an emphasis on face-to-face customer engagement
- Complex B2B sales strategy and negotiation
- Construction and facility operations knowledge
- Project-based and solution-oriented selling
- Relationship development with contractors, engineers, and end-users
- Ability to contribute to and thrive within a culture built for rapid professional acceleration.

- Selling forklifts and forklift services
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities in the material handling equipment and dock and door services industry through direct, in-person customer relationships.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate customer needs and support, developing tailored material handling service solutions with safety at the forefront of all offerings
- Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, drawings, and equipment quotes
- Work closely with estimating, engineering, service, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain and grow relationships with key end-users, contractors, facility managers, and procurement teams
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools, track activities, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and construction project meetings as needed
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive activity
- Other duties as assigned
