About The Position

This position requires the operator to be proficient in all warehouse functions. The Fork Truck Driver is responsible for the safe and accurate loading of outbound trailers. This includes configuring loads, picking, and loading product to achieve maximum trailer utilization in a cost-effective and productive manner. The ability to effectively load irregular shaped packages to maximize trailer utilization directly impacts daily freight costs. The truck must be loaded to achieve zero damage during transit, making decision-making ability critical. The position requires the operation of a hand-held wireless computer terminal and/or truck-mounted terminals. The goal is to achieve corporate on-time customer satisfaction objectives.

Requirements
