About The Position

Amentum is seeking Fork Truck Drivers for our 3rd Shift industrial maintenance team in Miami, FL! Typical work schedule is Sunday - Friday - Monday, 5:00PM - 3:00 AM; hours may vary based on business demand.

Requirements

High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent.
Must have previous fork lift operation experience and be able to pass fork lift certification.
Must have working knowledge of power and hand tools used in building and assembling boxes.
This position will require a valid Driver’s License
Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
This position may require communication in English
This position will require the ability to obtain a security access badge at our client’s location.

Nice To Haves

This position may require various shifts, weekends, holidays and alternative work schedules.
Must be willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

Loading, unloading, shipping and receiving warehouse items.
Transporting materials from one location to another inside and outside of facility.
Maintain professional and courteous customer relations including, client, vendor, and internal team.
Actively participate in safety meetings.
Maintain safety work practices as define by Amentum
Communicate and advise MHE related concerns to fellow employees and management.
Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor/lead.
