About The Position

We’re seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team at the Roanoke facility. You’ll be responsible for operating forklifts to move materials, load and unload shipments, and support daily production and inventory operations. This role is onsite at our Roanoke, Texas location.

Requirements

• 3+ years previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or production setting.
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Approach to the work: Ownership. Treats the operation as if it is their own.
• Problem solver. Anticipates problems and gets ahead of them.
• Hard worker.
• Dedication.
• Objective. Uses data and KPIs to drive behavior and changes

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and products.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy and care.
• Maintain warehouse organization and follow safety guidelines.
• Support inventory management and perform cycle counts.
• Communicate with team members to maintain smooth operations.
