About The Position

Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance. In this role, you will make an impact by ensuring safety through immediate reporting of major injury hazards, promptly reporting work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards, adhering to HSE standards, policies, procedures, and regulations, consistently using appropriate personal protective equipment, promoting team safety by looking out for one another and promoting interdependence, recognizing and minimizing the negative impact of your work on the environment, and following standard work, process documentation, and quality procedures to maintain high product standards and reduce costs. You will also actively participate in training and development, and engage in ways to improve quality, safety, and processes to drive overall team and organizational success.

Requirements

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Must be able to stand on their feet 12 hours per day in a fast-paced production environment.
This position requires all safety policies and procedures to be followed as well as following Cummins company policies.
Candidates must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
