Responsible for all phases of continuous candy-making processes, including the operation of computer-based process control systems. Assembles and disassembles equipment, pumps, and piping associated with premixing, cooking, and depositing. Operates CIP (cleaning in place) systems dedicated to continuous candy making processes. The Foreperson bridges the gap between Supervisors and line workers to maintain consistent product quality and strict sanitation standards. This role requires a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be familiar with all equipment used by the Production Team.
