About The Position

Meaden & Moore is seeking a career-minded Senior Forensic Accountant with two to five years of public accounting experience to join their Investigative Accounting Group. This role offers a flexible, hybrid work environment. The majority of engagements involve working with commercial property insurers to evaluate physical damage and business income losses resulting from catastrophes. Projects include reviewing and analyzing historical financial and industry information, revenue and expense projections, insurance claim evaluations, and economic damage evaluations. Assignments offer exposure to a wide range of industries, from small local retail stores to multinational entities. The firm is looking for individuals who are interested in long-term career challenges in accounting, with a genuine interest in forensic accounting and litigation support services. Successful candidates are outgoing, self-motivated, possess strong communication and analytical skills, and enjoy diverse work experiences.

Requirements

Bachelor or advanced degree in Accounting or Finance
Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Travel overnight, as needed (approximately 15%)
