About The Position

Meaden & Moore is seeking a career-minded Senior Forensic Accountant with two to five years of public accounting experience to join their Investigative Accounting Group. This role offers a flexible, hybrid work environment. The primary focus of engagements involves collaborating with commercial property insurers to assess physical damage and business income losses resulting from catastrophes. Responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing historical financial and industry data, revenue and expense projections, insurance claim evaluations, and economic damage assessments. The position offers exposure to a diverse range of industries, from small local businesses to multinational corporations. Meaden & Moore is looking for individuals with a strong interest in forensic accounting and litigation support services, who are outgoing, self-motivated, possess excellent communication and analytical skills, and thrive on varied work experiences and challenges.

Requirements

Bachelor or advanced degree in Accounting or Finance
Intermediate-level Microsoft Excel and Word skills
Travel overnight, as needed (approximately 15%)
Two to five years of public accounting experience
