About The Position
Sentara RMH Medical Center is hiring a Forensic Nurse Examiner to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care for forensic patients. The role helps maintain positive group dynamics to support patient, hospital, and community satisfaction with services and promotes the continued professional growth and development of the Forensic Nursing program. The position is based in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and multiple shifts are available. Sentara RMH Medical Center is a 238-bed community hospital serving Harrisonburg, Rockingham County, and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Completion of a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner or Forensic Nurse Examiner training program.
- At least 1 year of acute care experience.
