Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for Company purposes, a valid drivers’ license is required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload various products.
• Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing, as needed. This includes confined spaces and small areas.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ supervisory experience
• construction/installation and/or similar trades
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Manage installation, safety and scope of work budget on a set schedule.
• Connect with the people that you lead.
• Direct day to day employee activities and schedules.
• Manage one or more installers who install products as allowed by associated collective bargaining agreement and/or project labor agreement.
• Designated lead for the company to our customers, attending all project meetings.
• Manage daily quality, production quantity and safety performance of the team.
• Provide on-the-job training.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned per the CBAs.
