About The Position

This role involves supervising and coordinating daily activities of construction crews, including carpenters and laborers. The Foreman will assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure work is completed according to project plans and specifications. A key aspect of the role is promoting and enforcing job site safety policies and procedures, as well as communicating project progress, material needs, and workforce requirements to management. The Foreman will also inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards, train and mentor crew members, and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site is essential.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of construction trade experience
• Experience working as a Carpenter and/or Laborer, with demonstrated ability to lead and supervise field crews.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Previous supervisory or crew leadership experience
• OSHA safety training or certification.
• Experience leading commercial and/or residential construction projects.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
