About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Foreman to lead low-voltage cabling efforts on mission-critical data center projects. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who brings technical expertise, field coordination experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality Building Management System (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) installations. You'll oversee crews, ensure workmanship aligns with code and project specs, and help drive safe, efficient, on-schedule execution across multiple scopes of work.

  • Flexibility to travel to assigned project locations across several U.S. markets, including Mississippi, Ohio, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

  • Complete a background and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in active/operational data centers.
  • Knowledge of TIA/EIA standards, NEC, and BICSI practices.
  • Experience supporting commissioning teams or controls vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise onsite crews performing BAS and EPMS cabling work on active data center projects.
  • Plan and coordinate daily field activities including cable routing, pulls, dressing, labeling, and documentation.
  • Perform or oversee copper and fiber terminations, conduit installation (EMT, rigid, flexible), and device installation.
  • Read and interpret MEP drawings, one-lines, network diagrams, risers, and controls schematics.
  • Conduct cable testing, troubleshooting, continuity checks, and certifying cable performance.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, electricians, and other trades to ensure workflow alignment.
  • Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with OSHA and NEC standards.
  • Track progress, materials, and manpower; communicate updates to project leadership.
