About The Position

We are looking for a Foreman who will coordinate and oversee daily site construction activities under the supervision of the Field Manager. You will support the successful completion of projects with precision, craftsmanship, organization, and documentation — ensuring jobs are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role requires a strong work ethic and leadership presence on-site, accountability for details, and a commitment to safety and quality. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically skilled, and proficient with carpentry and fixturing.

Requirements

  • Strong carpentry and fixturing experience required
  • Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, and mechanical plans
  • Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Procore
  • Proficient with standard carpentry tools
  • Ability to operate forklift and scissor lift
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated history of working safely and adhering to safety standards
  • Ability to climb ladders and roofs
  • Lift a minimum of 30 pounds
  • Work extended hours outdoors in various climates
  • Successfully complete PFT Exam with Category I or II clearance
