As a Foreman, you will lead and work alongside your moving crew while maintainging on-site operations and ensure job completion according to estimate scope, safety standards, and customer satisfaction. Requirements

Must have at least a year of experience in professional moving
Must have at least a year of experience is leadership/ managing a crew of people
Physical labor experience required.

Responsibilities

Manage crew assignments, workflow, and pace throughout the move.
Physical Labor - moving with crews, taking the lead on difficult/heavy items.
Verify inventory accuracy and note ant changes for billing adjustments.
Communicate directly with the customer on-site.
Document job progress in real-time via company software.
Serve as the primary on-site leader and communication point between the crew, customer and dispatch.
Resolve on-site challenges promptly and escalate as needed to the Operations Manager.
Verify all paperwork and signatures are completed before departure.
Ensure property protection, time management, and professionalism at all times.
