Requirements
- 4-6 years of related experience in Concrete and Excavation activities.
- Experience leading crews in a fast-paced environment.
- Hardworking, dependable, and safety minded.
- Willingness to work overtime up to 7 days per week if necessary.
- Ability to pass pre-employment and periodic screenings.
- Ability to communicate effectively and lead your team through example.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with proof of an outstanding 5-year driving record.
