About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and regulations.
• Skills in excavation, commercial building, and demolition.
• Daily work involves utilizing construction management skills to coordinate tasks and ensure that all team members are aligned with project goals.
• Proficiency in project estimation allows the Foreman to provide accurate cost assessments, which is crucial for budget management.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices is applied daily to create a safe working environment, minimizing risks and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Skills in process scheduling are used to develop efficient timelines, ensuring that projects progress smoothly and meet deadlines.
