About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Foreman to lead low‑voltage cabling efforts on mission‑critical data center projects. This position is ideal for a hands‑on leader who brings technical expertise, field coordination experience, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality Building Management System (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) installations. You'll oversee crews, ensure workmanship aligns with code and project specs, and help drive safe, efficient, on‑schedule execution across multiple scopes of work.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in active/operational data centers.
  • Knowledge of TIA/EIA standards, NEC, and BICSI practices.
  • Experience supporting commissioning teams or controls vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise onsite crews performing BAS and EPMS cabling work on active data center projects.
  • Plan and coordinate daily field activities including cable routing, pulls, dressing, labeling, and documentation.
  • Perform or oversee copper and fiber terminations, conduit installation (EMT, rigid, flexible), and device installation.
  • Read and interpret MEP drawings, one‑lines, network diagrams, risers, and controls schematics.
  • Conduct cable testing, troubleshooting, continuity checks, and certifying cable performance.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, electricians, and other trades to ensure workflow alignment.
  • Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with OSHA and NEC standards.
  • Track progress, materials, and manpower; communicate updates to project leadership.
