About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Restoration Foreman to lead our restoration team in Tampa, Florida. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on restoration experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role in restoration
  • Strong knowledge of restoration practices, tools, and equipment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to resolve problems promptly and focus on solutions
  • Leadership skills to inspire and delegate effectively
  • Understanding of EEO policy and harassment-free work environment
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • English required
  • Ability to read, interpret, and implement work orders, safety rules, and procedures
  • Strong communication skills with customers, homeowners, and team members
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent standing, walking on uneven surfaces, climbing in/out of trucks/equipment
  • Stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking, and hearing required
  • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise
  • Frequent interaction with traffic and public areas
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Availability for occasional emergency after-hours/weekend shifts
  • Professional appearance and behavior at all times
  • Knowledge of traffic control rules, project planning, and resource management

Responsibilities

  • Perform and supervise restoration operations (concrete patching, sod, blacktop, asphalt, etc.)
  • Directly supervise field crews
  • Participate in pre-job meetings and communicate with Area Manager/Area Supervisor
  • Ensure crews start on time and have necessary tools and equipment
  • Complete and submit daily reports and documentation accurately
  • Conduct weekly safety meetings and enforce safety standards
  • Inspect work for quality and adherence to schedules
  • Handle employee conflicts and workforce issues professionally
  • Record employee time, equipment usage, production quantities, materials, and job notes
  • Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs as needed
  • Keep work areas organized and secure
  • Communicate with homeowners, business owners, job inspectors, and other stakeholders
  • Provide a safe and professional work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
