Job Summary: Plans and assigns daily and weekly work activities for renewable energy crews.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• At least +7 years working on industrial and commercial experience
• +5 yrs Solar and PV Installations (REQUIRED)
• Previous experience in solar fields, rooftops with PV installations, and other related fields.
• Own Tools
• Electrical Expertise: Knowledge of electrical systems, grid-tied PV systems, and ancillary electrical components
• Traveling required

Nice To Haves

• Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 30-Hour Construction certification preferred.
• Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI) Technician Certification or Computing Technology Industry Association Network+ Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages manpower, equipment, and materials to support project progress.
• Verifies system installations meet specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
• Conducts site safety meetings and enforces DPR’s safe work culture.
• Trains, mentors, and evaluates Crew Leads and Technicians.
• Collaborates with project superintendents and engineers to resolve field challenges.
• Accurately completes and submits time cards for assigned crews, ensuring timely and precise recording of labor hours in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
