Requirements

Ability to direct employees.
Ability to review and interpret drawings specifications.
Ability to instruct skilled mechanics so that work meets requirements.
Familiarity with jobsite safety plan.
Ability to enforce safe practices.
Ability to conduct training in safety.
Familiarity with work assigned and ensure that all work meets or exceeds the standards.
Ability to prepare and submit timesheets, safety reports, quality and quantity reports, and other required reports.
Ability to plan work.
Ability to take responsibility and accountability for their crew.
Ability to motivate employees.
Ability to support his/her immediate supervisor in any possible manner to effectively perform their duties.
Ability to complete physical functions including but not limited to climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, and other repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Responsible for reading blueprints and specifications to determine the scope of work: location, quantities, and sizes of materials required.
Review and interpret drawings specifications.
Instruct skilled mechanics so that work meets requirements.
Be familiar with jobsite safety plan.
