About The Position

This is a fully remote role for a seasoned foreclosure professional to manage loans through judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes. The specialist will be responsible for document execution, sale bidding, and representing the company in legal proceedings. The role requires managing loans against federal, agency, and investor timelines, calculating judgment figures and bidding instructions, processing attorney-prepared filings, and liaising with the approved attorney network.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in default/foreclosure servicing (or 1–3 years with mortgage servicing software)
• Working knowledge of RESPA, FDCPA, GLBA, and FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA guidelines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to remain sharp under pressure in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Execute and review foreclosure documents against federal, agency, and investor timelines
• Calculate judgment figures, bidding instructions, and HAMP certifications ahead of sale
• Process attorney-prepared filings through the LPS system for sheriff's-sale readiness
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with the approved attorney network
