About The Position

This role involves managing loans through judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes, from document execution to sale bidding. The specialist will represent the company in legal proceedings and ensure compliance with federal, agency, and investor timelines. This is a fully remote position, with opportunities not available in CA, CO, WA, IL, or NY.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in default/foreclosure servicing (or 1–3 years with mortgage servicing software)
• Working knowledge of RESPA, FDCPA, GLBA, and FNMA/FHLMC/FHA/VA guidelines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to remain sharp under pressure in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Execute and review foreclosure documents against federal, agency, and investor timelines
• Calculate judgment figures, bidding instructions, and HAMP certifications ahead of sale
• Process attorney-prepared filings through the LPS system for sheriff's-sale readiness
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with the approved attorney network
