About The Position
Workway BancForce is seeking a Foreclosure Referrals Processor for their industry-leading specialty law firm client in Phoenix. The firm represents financial institutions, investors, title insurers, housing authorities, and businesses in matters related to servicing, mortgage banking, consumer finance, title insurance, real estate finance, and mortgage loan enforcement. This is a self-directed, detail-oriented position requiring initiative and the ability to start quickly.
Requirements
- 1+ years mortgage industry, escrow, servicing or direct foreclosure experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Type 50+ WPM
- Advanced 10Key skills
- Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Importing foreclosure referrals into internal systems
- Notating case details
- Preparing and merging cover sheets
- Coordinating with title companies to obtain and review title reports
- Create investor system profiles
- Request additional documentation from clients
- Ensure all data is accurately reflected in the case management system through web-based audit tools
- Managing communication with clients, vendors, and internal processors
- Routing client emails appropriately
- Conducting skip traces and military searches
- Maintaining up-to-date reports to track and follow up on critical due dates
