About The Position
Ontario Auto Ranch Ford in Fruitland, Idaho is seeking experienced Ford technicians who are looking for a better work-life balance. We are a growing dealership that is investing in our service department, equipment, and technician support systems to create an environment where skilled technicians can stay productive, earn excellent money, and build a stable future. This is not an entry-level position; we are looking for technicians with at least 2 years of Ford dealership or structured shop experience who can diagnose and repair efficiently, understand dealership workflow, want to continue growing professionally, and take pride in quality workmanship and strong productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Ford dealership or structured shop experience
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
- Ability to maintain efficiency in a flat-rate environment
- Professional attitude and team mentality
