About The Position

Mike Reichenbach Ford is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Ford Service Advisor to join our expanding team in Florence, SC. In this role, you will serve as a vital connection between our customers and the service department by delivering exceptional customer service, clearly communicating repair and maintenance needs, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying service experience from beginning to end.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in dealership or automotive service settings is preferred
  • Experience at a Ford dealership is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Promptly and professionally greet customers upon arrival
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms
  • Gather precise customer and vehicle information
  • Advise customers on recommended maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
  • Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for labor and parts
  • Schedule service appointments and establish appropriate follow-up timelines
  • Monitor repair progress and provide customers with regular updates
  • Coordinate the use of loaner vehicles when necessary
  • Review completed repairs and thoroughly explain final invoices and charges to customers
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout the entire service process
