About The Position

Working in Ford Parts Counter Sales, you'll be the frontline resource for technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts. You'll help identify, source, and sell the right parts while providing outstanding customer service and maintaining accurate inventory processes. We're seeking a dependable Ford Parts Counter Sales to support both our retail and wholesale customers. Requirements

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Ford parts experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases
• Accurately identify and source Ford parts using catalog and dealership systems
• Process parts orders, invoices, and returns
• Maintain strong relationships with wholesale accounts
• Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely parts availability
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory
• Keep the parts department clean, organized and customer-focused
• Meet individual and team sales goals
