Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in automotive repair or dealership service technician roles (mid-level technicians encouraged to apply)
  • Experience performing manufacturer recall work required
  • Solid knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and general maintenance
  • Ability to work independently in a mobile repair environment and manage time effectively
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
  • Comfortable working in various weather and field conditions
  • Basic proficiency with computer systems, mobile apps, and service software
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Nice To Haves

  • Ford experience or familiarity with similar OEM systems strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer locations to perform scheduled maintenance, warranty repairs, and recall services
  • Perform oil changes, brake service, battery replacement, and general automotive maintenance
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and accurately
  • Complete repair orders, documentation, and mobile service reports using digital tools
  • Communicate with customers regarding vehicle condition, recommended services, and repair estimates
  • Coordinate with parts departments and service teams to ensure timely repairs
  • Maintain a clean, organized mobile service vehicle, tools, and equipment
  • Road-test vehicles as needed to ensure quality control and repair accuracy
  • Follow all manufacturer, safety, and dealership service standards
