About The Position
Gerald Ford has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven, and experienced Mobile Service Technician. This Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing client and vehicles with integrity and ethics, and also maintaining a positive relationship with clients in accordance with dealership policies and standards.
Requirements
- Driver's License with Clean Motor Vehicle Report (must be insurable)
Responsibilities
- Travel to various locations in the surrounding area to complete mobile repairs
- Examines vehicle, diagnose, and repair vehicles
- Maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
- Completes documentation for client repairs
- Understands and utilizes dealership computer system
- Wears approved safety materials
- Keep work area clean and tidy
- Attend company and/or factory training
- Keeps up to date with factory technical bulletins
- Understands and follows Federal, State and local regulations such as disposal of hazardous wastes
- Attend department meetings
